After over 35yrs of service the roof covering on these 3 warehousing units had reached the end of their serviceable life. Therefore, to cause the minimum of disruption to the existing tenant, it was decided to overlay the existing cladding with new plastisol coated profiled sheets, paying particular attention to the existing rooflight positions in order to maintain the existing natural light.
